New Wollert Campus opening in 2033
The School is pleased to announce that it has purchased a 10-hectare parcel of land in Wollert for the site of a new Prep to Year 12 campus planned to open in 2033. The Campus is anticipated to open with the lower primary years, however, if sufficient demand exists the Campus may commence with Year 7 in 2033. Applications for Enrolment at the Wollert Campus will open in the future and those who have submitted their interest will be notified.
Key Enrolment Intake Information
Prep Intake
Prep is Hume Anglican Grammar's largest and main intake at the Donnybrook, Freier and Kalkallo Campuses.
Applications are welcome for Prep, 2028 and beyond.
The Prep, 2027 intake process is now finalised across all campuses. All families interested in joining the School were required to submit an Application for Enrolment by Friday, 30 January 2026 to be included in the intake process. Any new Applications for Enrolment received will be placed into the waiting pool for future consideration. Please note that the Prep, 2027 waiting pool at the Freier campus already has an extensive number of applicants. Therefore, we encourage families interested in applying for Prep, 2027 to consider the Donnybrook or Kalkallo campuses, where there may be a greater chance of securing a place ahead of the 2027 school year.

The Prep, 2028 Intake Process will begin early 2027.
Families interested in joining the School are required to submit an Application for Enrolment by 4:00pm Monday 1 February 2027 to be included in the Intake Process. Please note for Prep, 2028 the Freier campus already has a vast number of applicants. Therefore, we encourage families interested in applying for Prep, 2028 to consider the Donnybrook or Kalkallo campuses, where there may be a greater chance of securing a place for 2028.

We will be hosting a Prep, 2028 Intake Information Evening on Wednesday 7 October 2026 in person at the Freier Campus. If you have already applied or are curious about applying to our School this Information Evening will cover the Intake Process for Prep, 2028 for all three campuses. The Intake Process has changed from previous years, and the process will be outlined on the evening. Children are not required to attend this Information Evening. Year 7 Intake
Year 7 is a minor intake at Hume Anglican Grammar and offers limited places to new students at the Donnybrook and Freier Campuses.
The Year 7, 2027 Intake Process is now complete for both our Donnybrook and Freier Campuses. Any further applications received for Year 7, 2027 will join the waiting pool for a future availability.
Families wishing for their child to be considered in the Year 7, 2028 Intake Process were required to submit an application for enrolment by 4:00pm Wednesday 3 June 2026. Applications received after this date will be added to our waiting pool to be considered at a future date pending availability.

Entry into Years 1–6 and 8–12
The School has strict capacity limits for all year levels and at all campuses. Each year level is enrolled to capacity at all times and waiting pools exist. Vacancies in the current school year (2026) only arise when a current student informs us that they are leaving the School and that place is then filled immediately.
Vacancies for Years 1-6 and 8-12 for an upcoming school year (2027) or a future school year (2028 and beyond) are filled in Term 4 of the year immediately prior to the new school year and are subject to a place becoming available from a current student leaving.
