In an attempt to cater to high demand for enrolment at our Donnybrook Campus, we are currently exploring the possibility of providing an additional class for Year 4, 2021 at Hume Anglican Grammar. The provision of an additional class in this cohort is scheduled to commence in Term 3, 2021 and will allow for greater flexibility to cater for families on our Waiting List seeking entry into our School Community.

As a result of this proposal, we are requesting that all families currently on the Waiting List re-confirm their interest in this cohort and the opportunity to join from Term 3, 2021 by completing the details below.

Subject to numbers, families who re-confirm their interest below may be required to pay a $250 provisional enrolment deposit as part of the ongoing application process. The details regarding this payment are listed below:

• Families will be advised of any deposit payments required in the coming days;
• This payment will be used to confirm your child's interest in joining Year 4 at our Donnybrook Campus commencing in Term 3, 2021;
• This payment does not guarantee that enrolment will be offered and families may be required to attend an enrolment interview as part of the application process;
• If we are not in a position to proceed as expected, the $250 deposit will be refunded to your family;
• If we are in a position to proceed and your child is offered enrolment, this deposit will be deducted from your family's Student Enrolment Bond($1,500 - payable upon acceptance of a formal enrolment offer;
• Should enrolment be offered and withdrawn prior to commencement, the $250 is non-refundable/non-transferrable from date of payment.
