This week I visited Year 2K to talk about our new Kalkallo campus. I began by showing the students some photos that Mr Sweeney had taken showing just an empty, large block of land. We then began to talk about what they were looking forward to and what suggestions they might have for the building and grounds. This is what they said:

I am looking forward to learning new things and seeing the new building. I think we should have water tables. - Nihal

I am looking forward to playing in the new playground and a new classroom. - Arshia

I think we a going to have a new building of new offices for Mrs Smith. - Daisy

I am looking forward to learning and playing. It will be different in the new school but my friends will be the same. - Khadeeja

I’m looking forward to, first the playground because it is fun. Second the carpark because I can park there. Third the classroom because I can do my work there. - Kysen

In the Kalkallo campus, I am looking forward to seeing my teacher and students. I am looking forward to playing on the playground. I am looking forward to sitting on the comfy chairs. - Mouli

I am looking forward to playing and learning and being inside and being outside. I think the new classroom would look beautiful. - Avita
