Term 3 Reflection - Donnybrook

As we head into the holiday break, it is an excellent opportunity to reflect on the term. While Term 3 featured both onsite and offsite teaching and learning, students displayed resilience and excellence. Our students, whether at school or home, demonstrated respect for their peers and teachers.

Our Prep students celebrated 100 days of school, and Reverend Peter Waterhouse shared with us his singing talents, providing a concert of our most loved songs from Chapel. We learned and explored Science Week, Book Week, eSafety Week and reflected on the importance of asking people if they are ok, which will be a continued message leading into the upcoming R U Ok day. The importance of community and connectedness at school and when learning remotely is important.

Parent-Teacher Interviews provide the chance for parents to receive a verbal update of their child’s progress. Seeing Building D (5/6 Centre) continue to take shape demonstrated that things continue to move forward.

Every term is a busy term in our school, and I would like to take the opportunity to thank every staff member, student, parent and the community overall for demonstrating and living the School Values together as we continue to learn and grow together.
