Hi everyone! My name is Jude Gibson and I am a Year 7 Senator. I am excited to tell you a bit about me in my Senator Profile.
I wanted to be Senator because I love leading and inspiring others. I enjoy being challenged and being Senator is a challenge because it makes me have to adapt to tough situations. I am very grateful and fortunate to be a Senator this year and I will always lead by example and respect everyone. In school, I love Maths, English and P.E. I am in the School’s Tennis and Cross-Country Teams. I always make sure to complete my work to the best of my abilities and am always eager to help others to succeed.
Originally, I was born in England, but I emigrated to Australia when I was 4. Living here in Melbourne has given me and my family more opportunities and the weather is much better here!
Outside of school, I play basketball for the Craigieburn South Jets and it is a sport that I love and play whenever I can. I have two brothers who both go to Hume Anglican Grammar and I am the youngest. My biggest inspirations are Kobe Bryant and my parents. Kobe showed me to never give up and always be great. My parents taught me to always respect others no matter who they are.
