Ensuring that our school gets the most out of every lesson, for every child, is just one of the core focuses that will drive our new Director of Teaching and Learning, Sam Butterfield. 

Originally from the United Kingdom, Sam joins our school in 2023 holding a Master of Educational Leadership from Manchester University, a Post Graduate Certificate of Education from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor of Arts – Politics and Philosophy, from York University. His main teaching areas are English and Economics.
Sam’s educational experience extends beyond the immediate school setting and has seen him co-found the teacher training social enterprise, ‘Inspiring Teachers’. This is an in-service professional learning program supporting teachers in a dozen developing nations. 

We warmly welcome Sam to our School Community and look forward to his contributions as part of our Senior Leadership Team moving forward.
