ICAS Competitions in Secondary
The ICAS assessments in English, Mathematics and Science scheduled to run during August and September have now been postponed to October. Students and parents will soon be informed of the new dates.
This means parents now have an extended time to sign their child to participate, with bookings open until Sunday, 19 September.
We would love to see more Secondary students take advantage of the ICAS program. The assessments are designed to target students’ higher order thinking and problem-solving skills in English, Mathematics and Science. Each assessment celebrates students’ accomplishments by providing opportunities for recognition. Every student will receive a certificate and an online result report. Top performers will be eligible for medals and are invited to attend special award ceremonies to have their academic excellence publicly recognised.

A letter is being sent to Secondary parents today with the School access code for easy logging in, and will explain more about the available assessments, how we will administer them and the method of payment.
