Classroom Music Teacher - Secondary
A passionate, committed educator is sought to fill this position and join our team in a supportive and professional environment. This is a part-time, ongoing position from the commencement of the 2020 academic year, teaching Years 7-10. The FTE is negotiable and the ability to teach another subject is desirable.
Teachers share a significant responsibility in preparing young people to lead successful and productive lives. The quality of the teacher is the single-most important in-school factor influencing student achievement. Teachers can be a source of inspiration and, equally importantly, provide a dependable and consistent influence on young people as they grow and flourish, and ultimately make choices about their future. All Teachers are expected to actively engage in the co-curricular and pastoral care program.
Qualifications and all relevant details, as well as the details of three referees are required with all applications. Referees may be contacted prior to interview.
